Why haven't I received a check?
If you have yet to receive a check, please make sure that you have returned your Division Order covering your property. You can find help on Division Orders here.

If you have already returned your Division Order, please see the following possibilities for not receiving a check: 

      1) Revenue has not reached $100. As an industry standard, owner checks are not disbursed           until your account accumulates $100 in revenue. Wait at least two months after signing           your Division Order to let your revenue accumulate before contacting us.
      2) Your account is in suspense. Your account could be in suspense for a legal reason. If this            is the case, you will need to contact our offices at the number on the bottom of this                  page so that it may be resolved as soon as possible.
